USSolid Purchase Purchased a Pure Sine wave inverter and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. I like the fact that it comes with a remote on/off panel. I wish it had a auto-off feature that you could set it for a number of hours to avoid draining your batteries, but that's a future-feature request!

US2 issues unresolved 2 issues unresolved. Password required for software monitoring mppt charger and Ess monitor software does not install or work for LiFePO4 batteries. Spent $9000.00 for batteries. Software provided did not match software in Ess monitor install manual.

USGreat Communication I called to discuss the failure of a inverter that I bought a few years ago technician needed information that I needed to email him before a thorough diagnosis could be made. With winter coming on and the prior inverter lasted for four years and performed well I bought another while the failed one was getting repaired and would become a backup. Speaking to both the tech and sales lady everything went smooth. I recieved the inverter in three days by ground.
