GBI chatted with Eli I chatted with Eli. He was quite helpful in the problem I had. I accidentally requested and received the wrong phone charger cables when I put in a claim. He saw the original receipt and automatically put the new order in to send the correct cables to me. And I didn’t have to worry about sending the incorrect cables back. In a world full of so many problems, issues and headaches… Eli made this easy.

GBI would like to say that I have never… I would like to say that I have never had such incredible customer support like the gentleman that helped me. I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. GBDamaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!
