GBcustomer service non responsive customer service non responsive when I had issues trying to register product. Can't imagine what would happen if I had to file a claim. Returned our phones to Verizon. Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.

GBDamaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!

GBPrompt and helpful service Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.

GBMy case cracked after one drop My case cracked after one drop, good news phone had no damage! Went online to the cell helmet website filed a warranty claim and within minutes received an email with information and link. Followed the directions, and had a new case on the way in a few minutes. The downside is it still cost $10.00.

GBAmazing customer service!! I am amazed at how wonderful the customer service I received was. I had accidentally ordered the wrong case and promptly contacted customer service. They made sure to cancel my order and I was able to order the correct case. It was all done through email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful.
