The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!! GBCustomer service was great What made my experience great was customer service Aaron put together a 35% discount at Checkout for me as a return customer. I ordered replacement liquid glass and a Turquoise hard cover for my Samsung 20S Note Ultra. shipping to UBreakIFix at 501 Westport Ave, Norwalk CT 06851. GBAmazing customer service!! I am amazed at how wonderful the customer service I received was. I had accidentally ordered the wrong case and promptly contacted customer service. They made sure to cancel my order and I was able to order the correct case. It was all done through email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful.

GBHad a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.

GBPrompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.
