Damaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!

My only complaint would be there isn’t enough options for coverage for the back of a phone. I wish they made a liquid glass for the back screen but I was happy to find out that the case would cover the back. Overall love this company

The previous phone I purchased included a defective charger and the retailer replaced it with a Cell Helmet charger. Has never failed me. Purchasing new phones and wouldn't protect with anything else!

The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!! Cellhelmet is the most useful and easy to install Cellhelmet is the only cell phone holder I have ever used. Recently I had to replace my original one. The glue became loose. I ordered a replacement during a Black Friday sale at half price. I am very happy to have a new one at half price. Their customer service is excellent.
