I would like to say that I have never… I would like to say that I have never had such incredible customer support like the gentleman that helped me. I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. Prompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

trusted and reliable brand Every phone and tablet I have purchased I have protected with Cell Helmet. It is a reliable, trusted brand. The previous phone I purchased included a defective charger and the retailer replaced it with a Cell Helmet charger. Has never failed me. Purchasing new phones and wouldn't protect with anything else!

Prompt and helpful service Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.

The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!!
