So thankful for this company and service I have dropped my phone a ridiculous amount of times and not sure why I have such bad luck now! The cellhelmet tempered glass protection has protected my phone. It did eventually crack but customer service is beyond wonderful and so quick. New cover on its way already I won’t use anything else. Happy to write a review and get the word out. You won’t be disappointed.

The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!! Customer service was great What made my experience great was customer service Aaron put together a 35% discount at Checkout for me as a return customer. Had a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.

Amazing customer service!! I am amazed at how wonderful the customer service I received was. I had accidentally ordered the wrong case and promptly contacted customer service. They made sure to cancel my order and I was able to order the correct case. It was all done through email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful.
