USPrompt and helpful service Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.

USHad a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.
