Damaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!

Tempered Glass - Best Investment Ever! I dropped my phone today and it landed glass side down. I always purchase the glass protector, but probably because of the cold, snow, and ice on the side walk, the tempered glass protector cracked. I noticed that on the packaging it lists that it has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see what that means. For $10.00 I will have a replacement protector for my phone. In the meantime, I discovered that the glass screen on the phone underneath is unharmed! Bonus and Score! Thank you very much. Great product!

So thankful for this company and service I have dropped my phone a ridiculous amount of times and not sure why I have such bad luck now! The cellhelmet tempered glass protection has protected my phone. It did eventually crack but customer service is beyond wonderful and so quick. New cover on its way already I won’t use anything else. Happy to write a review and get the word out. You won’t be disappointed.

Prompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

He saw the original receipt and automatically put the new order in to send the correct cables to me. And I didn’t have to worry about sending the incorrect cables back.
