I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. GBTempered Glass - Best Investment Ever! I dropped my phone today and it landed glass side down. I always purchase the glass protector, but probably because of the cold, snow, and ice on the side walk, the tempered glass protector cracked. I noticed that on the packaging it lists that it has a lifetime warranty so I reached out to see what that means. For $10.00 I will have a replacement protector for my phone. In the meantime, I discovered that the glass screen on the phone underneath is unharmed! Bonus and Score! Thank you very much. Great product!

GBPrompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

GBcustomer service non responsive customer service non responsive when I had issues trying to register product. Can't imagine what would happen if I had to file a claim. Returned our phones to Verizon. Purchased new phones, applied screen savers purchased online which we were able to apply easily. Have dropped phone many times and have had no problems Also purchased cell helmut wireless charger, also a failure.
