Prompt lifetime warranty as stated When I purchased my cell helmet tempered glass screen saver last year, I was told to save my receipt and it came with a lifetime warranty. It was so easy to go to the website and complete the procedure. I promptly received confirmation and shipping notices. When I received the wrong size - I chatted my problem and was notified that I will receive the correct one soon . I am happy and highly recommend this company.

Had a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.

Prompt and helpful service Aaron replied promptly to my query re: whether or not I should open the replacement tempered glass I ordered. The picture on the package didn't match the description of the product and I was concerned if I opened the pkg could it be returned if not the correct one.

The photo case I received was not great but before I even contacted them, they reached out to re do with better picture placement etc. Received new one ….BEAUTIFUL!! My husband will LOVE the photo phone case!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Damaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!
