Purchased a new smartphone and screen protection Purchased a new smartphone and cellhelmet to protect the screen. It’s been three days since I bought it and still can’t register cellhelmet. I’ve emailed many times and they respond with needing to complete info on a link after which they tell me they’re on it. I was told I need to follow up with cellhelmet. I’ve been in contact with Aaron who hasn’t helped at all. Why do I need to go through all this to register the product for a warranty?? It’s BULL!!!

Damaged USB Cord I purchased a USB cord from a local Verizon store in my neighborhood. After using it for about three weeks it broke. Instead of simply giving me a new USB cord, I was told I would have to contact the vendor Cellhelmet. They were quick to respond and after looking at pictures of the damaged USB cord and my receipt they agreed to send me a new one and waived the shipping charges. Excellent customer service!

I would like to say that I have never… I would like to say that I have never had such incredible customer support like the gentleman that helped me. I was having difficulty registering my product and not only did he reach out to me and called me; he also sent me an email and walked me through the process. I told him that he could give classes on businesses giving great customer service because it’s rare these days to find someone that wants to be helpful. I would rate him 100 out of 5 if I could. Had a charging block with a short and… Had a charging block with a short and is under cell helmet lifetime guarantee. Went to US Cellular and they filed the claim for the replacement immediately only paying for the shipping charges. Got immediate notification the product was being shipped by cell helmet. Couldn’t be more pleased since this product lasted almost 7 years.
