Delivery was prompt and both boxes arrived without a crease or dirt on the boxes. I unpacked everything and all parts were there in factory fresh condition. Thermostat came defective on the oven… Thermostat came defective on the oven when new. Paid $6800 for a low end oven that is super hard to get service one. Range sounds like it has air in the gas and makes a popping sound. Tech that was replacing the thermostat says its not what he came to fix. Wouldn't recommend. Should cost $4K tops and come with a warning.
