I would use this company again. The order and delivery were easy and timely. The product was exactly what we wanted and at a great price. the shipping company did not follow the directions on the box and we had a ding in a fan housing. This is not visible, luckily.

Very impressed with the Zline… But one of the sales manager should be fired immediately! Very impressed with the Zline appliances (I bought a double oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and hood.) I was very happy with the buying process with one exception. The customer service manager (I did not get her name but she works for Robyn) was a total smart aleck. I am 76 years old. Out of my many years of dealing with sales managers, owner, sales people, etc. I can honestly say she was the worse. Zline definitely should get rid of her immediately. After insisting on speaking with a higher up manager in the company, I was finally transferred to Robyn. Robyn was very nice and took care of the problem immediately.

Thermostat came defective on the oven… Thermostat came defective on the oven when new. Paid $6800 for a low end oven that is super hard to get service one. Range sounds like it has air in the gas and makes a popping sound. Tech that was replacing the thermostat says its not what he came to fix. Wouldn't recommend. Should cost $4K tops and come with a warning.

The range hood is great The range hood is great. The delivery people were careful with the package. The delivery truck had a refrigerator that I did not order.
