GBThe computer seems to be exactly what… The computer seems to be exactly what was promised, a pristine 2021 MacBook Pro. I would have liked to have seen an original charger with it but the aftermarket charger that was included, seems to work well.

GBI received my phone promptly and as… I received my phone promptly and as described, unfortunately the phone had problems charging and the battery would drain within 4 hours after being charged fully so i will have to have the battery changed. I was unable to return the phone to loop as I had already left the states and will be overseas for 6 months plus. **UPDATE Loop contacted me and offered me a replacement phone at no cost to me, the ,logistics were not entirely seamless due to my overseas location but a replacement phone arrived with some $ credit also. Loop worked hard to rectify my issue.

GBGot exactly what I ordered, but was left in limbo Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered! Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.

GBMy first delivery from Loop Mobile and a 5 Star Feeling! After dealing with other online retailers, Loop Mobile has shown service that I have not seen in any other company in recent times. GB"Pristine" phone with minimum battery life I paid extra for a phone in "Pristine" condition. This did not apparently translate to the components of the phone as it came with only 85% battery life, the bare minimum they deliver without replacing the battery. This is a problem as the 2400 battery is already small for today's power demands. Neither of the phone numbers for customer service work and do not allow you to hold or wait. They just drop the call. To be fair, I did send an email ~24 hours ago and am waiting for a response from Loop. I will update my rating if my experience improves. **UPDATE : Updating review to 4 stars. After a few weeks of back-and forth, their CS did eventually work to find a replacement with better battery life. The exchange went well and I am happy with the new unit.
