Great Fyi. The descriptions for this product is wrong. It lasted that a control module and filter will be included. I understood it as a typo but others may not.

I recently ordered replacement upper &… I recently ordered replacement upper & lower racks for my GE dishwasher. The original racks are no longer manufactured but PartsIPS directed me to the correct replacement parts. The on-line chat answered all of my questions in seconds. The parts arrived 3-4 days early & complete with wheels & silverware rack as advertised. Both racks fit perfectly & are actually a better design than the originals which had begun to rust. They were genuine GE parts.

We ordered a heating element from… We ordered a heating element from PartsIPS and the ordering was easy. The problem was, when the part arrived, it had simply been dropped into a flat box with no wrapping around, no Styrofoam peanuts or anything. It was banging around in transit and had had stuff stacked on top of it so the box was smushed and the element bent. Given that, we don't feel comfortable installing it and will be sending it back.

Very Satisfied!! The soap drawer and front cover I ordered for our Maytag machine was sent promptly and was genuine Maytag parts at less cost than most every other seller.

Broken part on arrival I ordered a dry blower which arrived damaged, with a broken mounting foot. The housing was plastic and poorly packaged. The company refused to replace or refund the broken part even though it was under their 30 day refund policy period.
