GBI ordered a control board Buyer BEWARE for a GE Gas… I ordered a control board for a GE Gas Stove. I payed extra for shipping and when I received the part it did not work, was faulty. Partsips said I would have to go to the manufacturer. to resolve the issue. When I turned in all the proper information to the manufacturer they rejected the refund. I've never had problems like this in the past, I guess it's due to them be a half ass supplier of parts

GBNo Problems At All, Great Experience I am not sure why others have had such a bad experience. The correct part was delivered within 5 business days and I purchased it for $50 less than every other place had it listed. The part was brand new and in pristine condition out of the box. After reading negative reviews about this place, I emailed and asked if my part was in stock. I received a reply within 3 hours telling me it would ship the next day, which it did. Fantastic experience and the part I ordered is working out great for my refrigerator.

GBI ordered a part 3 days ago from… I ordered a part 3 days ago from Partsips. After ordering and not receiving an email notification, I did a review search for Partsips. The reviews, in most cases, were not very good. Yesterday, I called the company and spoke to a gentleman. He informed me that my item had been shipped. Today I received the item. The price was the best and delivery was extremely fast. I would highly recommend the company.
