Trickle shipping with many tracking… Trickle shipping with many tracking numbers was really annoying. I have contacted regarding the credit I should be receiving on parts I did not receive and I got no response. My issues and my refund/credit is still unresolved.

Two thumbs up! Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.

I ordered my refrigerator part I ordered my refrigerator part. Shipping price was high but price was low so total was a little lower than others. I received my part in less than 22 HOURS. Ordered Friday afternoon received Saturday morning. I have NEVER received so quickly. Part was exactly what I needed. I was super impressed.

Broken part on arrival I ordered a dry blower which arrived damaged, with a broken mounting foot. The housing was plastic and poorly packaged. The company refused to replace or refund the broken part even though it was under their 30 day refund policy period.
