I ordered a control board Buyer BEWARE for a GE Gas… I ordered a control board for a GE Gas Stove. I payed extra for shipping and when I received the part it did not work, was faulty. Partsips said I would have to go to the manufacturer. to resolve the issue. When I turned in all the proper information to the manufacturer they rejected the refund. I've never had problems like this in the past, I guess it's due to them be a half ass supplier of parts

Worried for no reason! I, like others, purchased first and then read the reviews, which caused me some concern. Then I got worried because I saw they charged my card, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited a few days, called once to try to confirm (the call went unanswered, but then a day later I received a box of parts that was exactly what I ordered. The correct parts, in brand new condition, shipped clearly from the OEM manufacturer. So I don't know if I just got lucky, but partsips managed to deliver a part that was out of stock/backordered at every other supplier I could find, and did so quickly and for a good price. Sure, the communication could have been better and had me concerned, but at the end of the day my dishwasher is working again and my wife is happy, so I call that a win.

The dryer door latch broke Wednesday… The dryer door latch broke Wednesday before Thanksgiving while I was at work my girlfriend call me up and told me about it before she and the kids had to go visit her mother. I took a look at the problem when I got home , and ordered on Thanksgiving. I got the latch on Monday . Problem fixed just had deal with one weekend to use masking tape to keep the door close.
