The two(2) parts that I ordered for my Amana washing machine came within one(1) week - exactly what I ordered and what I needed and as described in your website - also the lowest price on the internet. Two thumbs up! Despite all the bad reviews here my experience was excellent. The prices were about 40% less than others and my parts were shipped the same day I ordered even though I placed the order at 4:15PM EST. The two parts came from two different warehouses but both arrived two days later.

I ordered a control board Buyer BEWARE for a GE Gas… I ordered a control board for a GE Gas Stove. I payed extra for shipping and when I received the part it did not work, was faulty. Partsips said I would have to go to the manufacturer. to resolve the issue. When I turned in all the proper information to the manufacturer they rejected the refund. I've never had problems like this in the past, I guess it's due to them be a half ass supplier of parts

Great Fyi. The descriptions for this product is wrong. It lasted that a control module and filter will be included. I understood it as a typo but others may not.

Great Experience Great Experience. I ordered a part that nobody else seemed to have form PartsIPS. Other places wanted almost double the price. I was worried after seeing the reviews after I ordered the part but the part was shipped fast and it was the correct part. I assume most people only leave reviews when they have a bad experience so I decided to post a good experience. Thanks PartsIPS!
