Trickle shipping with many tracking… Trickle shipping with many tracking numbers was really annoying. I have contacted regarding the credit I should be receiving on parts I did not receive and I got no response. My issues and my refund/credit is still unresolved.

I was hesitant to order, but... I was hesitant to order from this vendor due to all of the negative reviews, but I needed an ice bucket for my refrigerator and whirlpool wanted 2x the cost compared to Parts IPS. I got exactly the part I needed, and it arrived via UPS 2 days after placing the order. It seems like the negative reviews here mainly have to do with return situations. If you are certain on what part you need, I'd definitely order from this vendor again.

Great Fyi. The descriptions for this product is wrong. It lasted that a control module and filter will be included. I understood it as a typo but others may not.

Broken part on arrival I ordered a dry blower which arrived damaged, with a broken mounting foot. The housing was plastic and poorly packaged. The company refused to replace or refund the broken part even though it was under their 30 day refund policy period.
