GBTrickle shipping with many tracking… Trickle shipping with many tracking numbers was really annoying. I have contacted regarding the credit I should be receiving on parts I did not receive and I got no response. My issues and my refund/credit is still unresolved.

GBWe ordered a heating element from… We ordered a heating element from PartsIPS and the ordering was easy. The problem was, when the part arrived, it had simply been dropped into a flat box with no wrapping around, no Styrofoam peanuts or anything. It was banging around in transit and had had stuff stacked on top of it so the box was smushed and the element bent. Given that, we don't feel comfortable installing it and will be sending it back.

GBNo Problems At All, Great Experience I am not sure why others have had such a bad experience. The correct part was delivered within 5 business days and I purchased it for $50 less than every other place had it listed. The part was brand new and in pristine condition out of the box. After reading negative reviews about this place, I emailed and asked if my part was in stock. I received a reply within 3 hours telling me it would ship the next day, which it did. Fantastic experience and the part I ordered is working out great for my refrigerator.

GBI was hesitant to order, but... I was hesitant to order from this vendor due to all of the negative reviews, but I needed an ice bucket for my refrigerator and whirlpool wanted 2x the cost compared to Parts IPS. I got exactly the part I needed, and it arrived via UPS 2 days after placing the order. It seems like the negative reviews here mainly have to do with return situations. If you are certain on what part you need, I'd definitely order from this vendor again.

GBWorried for no reason! I, like others, purchased first and then read the reviews, which caused me some concern. Then I got worried because I saw they charged my card, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited a few days, called once to try to confirm (the call went unanswered, but then a day later I received a box of parts that was exactly what I ordered. The correct parts, in brand new condition, shipped clearly from the OEM manufacturer. So I don't know if I just got lucky, but partsips managed to deliver a part that was out of stock/backordered at every other supplier I could find, and did so quickly and for a good price. Sure, the communication could have been better and had me concerned, but at the end of the day my dishwasher is working again and my wife is happy, so I call that a win.
