I never received an email confirmation… I never received an email confirmation nor tracking info. This order was placed on April 13th. I’ve written 3 emails and have not heard anything back. I ended up purchasing another pro max 13 case today 4/27 because I have not heard anything. Please cancel and refund this order placed on 4/13.

Can you put an eye on Samsung phone ? All good with the product purchased but not happy with the product released under the collaboration Dunno why all funny designs are for iPhone only, can you please release those design for Samsung phones, dun think it's a minority now

Protective case but images need improvement. I continue to buy the ultra protective cases for my family only because they have proven to protect with a lot of drops. However none of us would choose based on designs. I would prefer more simple or no design options. My teens can usually find something they can live with but would prefer other companies. Also the designs wear off with time.
