GBBad. Very Bad service Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I paid in Fry's $19.99 + tax. For foreign phone numbers + one month registration (with zero balance) they charge additional $39.99. ??? Any one need such service? Can you get refund? No because you will know about your ZERO BALANCE and all additional fees just after you register online. Bad. Very Bad.

GBI am giving 5 stars because the… I am giving 5 stars simply because the customer service agents stuck by me for two long trouble shooting sessions when in the end, I discovered that it was MY problem because I had "Do not disturb" clicked on my phone resulting in voice calls not connecting. The service now works fine. My data package is 2000 MB for under $25----reasonable. GPS doesn't use that much---primary reason for me.

CAHappy Ending After an exhaustive month or so on a OneSim Help Desk Ticket trying to determine why my VOIP app did not work on an Android phone, I congratulate the help team for putting up with me. It is not that I don’t like OneSim; I do and have used it for over ten years with great success. When tech things go wrong, I suspect I am not alone in becoming a poor-me bore and a nuisance. Although One Sim did not actually solve my problem, they spent endless time with me trying many solutions. In the end, changing the modem/router in the house had OneSim’s VOIP app working perfectly. In an age where so much of customer service is robotic at best and non-existence at worst, it is great to know that OneSim has real people to keep customers happy and up to tech speed. Thanks guys.

GBI was very impressed with the support… I was very impressed with the support from OneSimCard. I did a lot of research before purchasing since this was my first International trip. I saw good reviews for so I went with this one. I contacted them 3 times before the trip and they were very responsive and helpful. Once I was on my trip, I had a couple of issues and again, their response was swift and professional. The installation was easy enough and since we went to two different countries, it was nice to not have to get two different SIMcards. It worked in both countries. Thank you.

GBUnreliable Service As a long time customer, OneSimCard has provided marginal service for many years. It is definitely not what a cell phone user needs. When their service stops working properly - - you report the problem to them, and they give you a run around at fixing it. All of a sudden, their service magically starts working saying it's not their problem. Users should not have to put up with this kind of response. Users need reliable service.
