GBI was very impressed with the support… I was very impressed with the support from OneSimCard. I did a lot of research before purchasing since this was my first International trip. I saw good reviews for so I went with this one. I contacted them 3 times before the trip and they were very responsive and helpful. Once I was on my trip, I had a couple of issues and again, their response was swift and professional. The installation was easy enough and since we went to two different countries, it was nice to not have to get two different SIMcards. It worked in both countries. Thank you.

GBUnreliable Service As a long time customer, OneSimCard has provided marginal service for many years. It is definitely not what a cell phone user needs. When their service stops working properly - - you report the problem to them, and they give you a run around at fixing it. All of a sudden, their service magically starts working saying it's not their problem. Users should not have to put up with this kind of response. Users need reliable service. GBGino had excellent patience with me and… Gino had excellent patience with me and was very clear and spoke slowly so that I could follow him.
