GBFive Starts for valuable personalized assistance… 5 stars for the valuable assistance received from Gino over the phone for me and wife. He is very knowledgeable about SIM card functions and phone operations (both android and Apple) and patiently explained everything. He also made useful suggestions about data plans based on our specific travel plans including how to get the best value on the different options. We haven't used the card yet so this review is based and very appreciative by the exceptional customer service we received from Gino. We hope Gino gets an extra company bonus for next Christmas. :-)

ESExpensive choice that works in East Africa but did not work well in the USA This card may be useful if you travel a lot, but it is way cheaper to buy a local card. I got one to travel in Africa and to use in the USA. The coverage in East Africa was fine, but it was very expensive to run. The coverage in the USA was unreliable and cost was so high that I bought a local pre-pay card for much less. They give no refunds on extra credit if you top-up in case you need it. My purchase of this card ended up being an expensive experiment that was rarely worth it.

GBI was very impressed with the support… I was very impressed with the support from OneSimCard. I did a lot of research before purchasing since this was my first International trip. I saw good reviews for so I went with this one. I contacted them 3 times before the trip and they were very responsive and helpful. Once I was on my trip, I had a couple of issues and again, their response was swift and professional. The installation was easy enough and since we went to two different countries, it was nice to not have to get two different SIMcards. It worked in both countries. Thank you.

GBBad. Very Bad service Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I paid in Fry's $19.99 + tax. For foreign phone numbers + one month registration (with zero balance) they charge additional $39.99. ??? Any one need such service? Can you get refund? No because you will know about your ZERO BALANCE and all additional fees just after you register online. Bad. Very Bad.
