GBHIGHLY Recommend OneSim Card After conducting extensive research for a reliable phone service while traveling internationally, we chose OneSim Card and couldn't be happier. We started the service 7-8 years ago with hard SIM cards. This year. I decided to try their eSIM in one of our phones. Customer service provided by Gino was "Top Notch" in resolving a couple of issues in a timely fashion. Gino stayed in contract throughout the process, ensuring all technical issues were resolved to our full satisfaction. We're installing their eSIM on my wife's phone now as well after piloting on my phone. The eSIMs will reduce the number of phones we have to carry for travel for safety and communication purposes. We highly recommend OneSim Card!!!

GBFive Starts for valuable personalized assistance… 5 stars for the valuable assistance received from Gino over the phone for me and wife. He is very knowledgeable about SIM card functions and phone operations (both android and Apple) and patiently explained everything. He also made useful suggestions about data plans based on our specific travel plans including how to get the best value on the different options. We haven't used the card yet so this review is based and very appreciative by the exceptional customer service we received from Gino. We hope Gino gets an extra company bonus for next Christmas. :-)

CAThanks to Gino for his excellent support! After several fruitless days of emails back and forth to different OneSim support folks to get my voice calls working, it was Gino who very patiently did extensive trouble shooting and discovered the solution - now I can call out and receive calls using the 1SIM Voip app. And he clearly explained how to use either the Internet or SIM data, and how to set up my Samsung to minimize background data costs from all the other apps. Being able to speak with him on my landline while he was troubleshooting was key.

GBI am giving 5 stars because the… I am giving 5 stars simply because the customer service agents stuck by me for two long trouble shooting sessions when in the end, I discovered that it was MY problem because I had "Do not disturb" clicked on my phone resulting in voice calls not connecting. The service now works fine. My data package is 2000 MB for under $25----reasonable. GPS doesn't use that much---primary reason for me.
