Service Down: Incompetent Response (No Response) I am 70 years old. I use 2FA for this company to access a bank account to transfer funds for a medical emergency. OneSimCard service has been DOWN for two days for 2FA banking. Stuff breaks and that can be excused. What cannot be excused is the poor (non-existent) customer service. No response on phone calls. No response on Live Chat. Warning to potential customers: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Any company that cannot keep lines of communication open when stuff breaks does not deserve your business. It's a DAMN GOOD THING I DON'T HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT THIS TIME.

One sim customer service is very good One sim customer service is very good, no need to wait, just dial from your mobile to customer care, and within one minute you will receive a callback. All problems were listened to very carefully and they were resolved instantly. last 7 years I have been using this service in various countries whenever I travel. No need for a local country number to dial someone.

He was very knowledgeable about how the SIM card functions and explained everything well. He made suggestions about data plans based on our specific circumstance and told us about how to get the most savings for texting etc. We haven't used the card yet so this 5 star review is only based on the great customer service that we received from Gino. Poor Service Poor Service As much as I would like OneSim to work, the fact is that it is a failed operation. I am abroad and needed a number for my bank to contact me. I found OneSim and had to sign up for an annual subscription (already a telling indicator that I had to sign up for 12 months as a minimum). The service is unreliable and when I contacted customer representatives, they told me that they knew that there was an issue but were unable to provide any repair date. Overall, this feels like a scam.
