HIGHLY Recommend OneSim Card After conducting extensive research for a reliable phone service while traveling internationally, we chose OneSim Card and couldn't be happier. We started the service 7-8 years ago with hard SIM cards. This year. I decided to try their eSIM in one of our phones. Customer service provided by Gino was "Top Notch" in resolving a couple of issues in a timely fashion. Gino stayed in contract throughout the process, ensuring all technical issues were resolved to our full satisfaction. We're installing their eSIM on my wife's phone now as well after piloting on my phone. The eSIMs will reduce the number of phones we have to carry for travel for safety and communication purposes. We highly recommend OneSim Card!!!

Ripp-off - not supported by German Network Providers German network providers do NOT support this Simcard. On the website they claim that they cover Garmany but I am from Germany and it doesn't work - their support confirmed that their simcards are not coverd by German network providers. This might affect other European countries as well since e.g. the simcard is not working for telecom. Now I want my money back bcs. they make false claims on their website and it is not working for me in Germany but the support is not responding to my mails. Additional they are very expensive compared to other providers. Look for other providers!! Especially when you want to travel in Europe or if you have family/friends in Europe.

Poor Service Poor Service As much as I would like OneSim to work, the fact is that it is a failed operation. I am abroad and needed a number for my bank to contact me. I found OneSim and had to sign up for an annual subscription (already a telling indicator that I had to sign up for 12 months as a minimum). The service is unreliable and when I contacted customer representatives, they told me that they knew that there was an issue but were unable to provide any repair date. Overall, this feels like a scam.

I was very impressed with the support… I was very impressed with the support from OneSimCard. I did a lot of research before purchasing since this was my first International trip. I saw good reviews for so I went with this one. I contacted them 3 times before the trip and they were very responsive and helpful. Once I was on my trip, I had a couple of issues and again, their response was swift and professional. The installation was easy enough and since we went to two different countries, it was nice to not have to get two different SIMcards. It worked in both countries. Thank you.

Expensive choice that works in East Africa but did not work well in the USA This card may be useful if you travel a lot, but it is way cheaper to buy a local card. I got one to travel in Africa and to use in the USA. The coverage in East Africa was fine, but it was very expensive to run. The coverage in the USA was unreliable and cost was so high that I bought a local pre-pay card for much less. They give no refunds on extra credit if you top-up in case you need it. My purchase of this card ended up being an expensive experiment that was rarely worth it.
