Service Down: Incompetent Response (No Response) I am 70 years old. I use 2FA for this company to access a bank account to transfer funds for a medical emergency. OneSimCard service has been DOWN for two days for 2FA banking. Stuff breaks and that can be excused. What cannot be excused is the poor (non-existent) customer service. No response on phone calls. No response on Live Chat. Warning to potential customers: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Any company that cannot keep lines of communication open when stuff breaks does not deserve your business. It's a DAMN GOOD THING I DON'T HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT THIS TIME.

HIGHLY Recommend OneSim Card After conducting extensive research for a reliable phone service while traveling internationally, we chose OneSim Card and couldn't be happier. We started the service 7-8 years ago with hard SIM cards. This year. I decided to try their eSIM in one of our phones. Customer service provided by Gino was "Top Notch" in resolving a couple of issues in a timely fashion. Gino stayed in contract throughout the process, ensuring all technical issues were resolved to our full satisfaction. We're installing their eSIM on my wife's phone now as well after piloting on my phone. The eSIMs will reduce the number of phones we have to carry for travel for safety and communication purposes.
