Accommodating customer support Encountered an issue with their Station charger and they were kind enough to send me a replacement as soon as possible. Really love how the charger looks on my desk!

The watch band looks great but comes unclasped often The watch band looks great with my Ultra Watch, but it comes unclasped at least 5 times per day on its own. Very annoying when I have to repeatedly clasp the band throughout the day.

QUALITY i purchased. Titan case gold 42mm THE BACK COVER THAT HOLDS THE I WATCH IN PLACE WON'T LOCK. I HAD TO REMOVE SOME LINKS ON THE BAND BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG. I WORE THE WATCH BAND AND IT FELL OFF MY WRIST AND TO THE GROUND AND THEN . THE MY I WATCH FELL OUT .ALSO THE CLASP ONTHE BAND DOES NOT LOCK TIGHT .I CALLED THE COMPANY AND NO RESPONSE AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS.
