ESno tracking update my package finaly arived , it was after 10 working days the reason i posted on here was because the tracking information did not apear until almost a week had past so NO this company is NOT a scam but they are slow about showing tracking information

NGI ordered mobile chargers which never… I ordered mobile charger which was extremely delayedI was in contact with them and they claimed the shipment was returned since I never picked up the goods. I never received any notification that the goods had arrived, they returned the shipment but again never had any notification that the shipment was on its way. If you want to order through this company expect exceed delivery time. This could be a one off, but I almost gave it on star. But then this morning finally a notification that the shipment had arrived 1,5 month after order date The quality looks ok and as expeted.

CHHorrible experience. Horrible experience.. received product after 30 days and was not even functioning. Sent them messages and emails .. no response No guarantee is available and no refunds.. It’s also bad quality Chinese stuff

AUTridant Fold iPhone Charger Bought the Tridant Fold for iPhone. Product shipped quickly and arrived in ok condition. The item was bought as a gift and not required in the end due to friend already having a charger. Despite claiming 'Free international shipping and returns' on the product screen, which gives you some comfort before purchasing, it is actually not possible to return an item unless you are in the United States. Pretty poor form and obviously misleading product page information. I reached out using the contact us page but did not receive a reply from the company. I'm 99% sure this is just a drop shipping store. The actual item is flimsy (the watch charger doesn't stand up and the magnetic hold is really poor), and the packaging is blurry and poorly printed - no mention of Grav Goods at all. You can buy the literal same product on Temu, eBay, or Amazon for a fraction of the cost ($12 - $30 AUD).

USI am happy with the customer support I… I am happy with the customer support I received when I had an issue with one of the items I paid for. They resolved my issue quickly and sent a replacement item that works.
