no tracking update my package finaly arived , it was after 10 working days the reason i posted on here was because the tracking information did not apear until almost a week had past so NO this company is NOT a scam but they are slow about showing tracking information

faulty product, non responsive customer service Purchased the grav station, which initially functioned as expected for about a month. However, it has since developed issues, overheating to the extent that it's uncomfortable to touch. Additionally, the phone charging pad is jammed, resulting in a loud clicking noise when attempting to lift it. Due to these safety concerns, I've discontinued use. I received an automated response after emailing them about the issues, but suspect it was more of a delay tactic than a genuine automated reply, considering the significant delay in receiving it.

QUALITY i purchased. Titan case gold 42mm THE BACK COVER THAT HOLDS THE I WATCH IN PLACE WON'T LOCK. I HAD TO REMOVE SOME LINKS ON THE BAND BECAUSE IT WAS TOO BIG. I WORE THE WATCH BAND AND IT FELL OFF MY WRIST AND TO THE GROUND AND THEN . THE MY I WATCH FELL OUT .ALSO THE CLASP ONTHE BAND DOES NOT LOCK TIGHT .I CALLED THE COMPANY AND NO RESPONSE AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. I have tried calling on their listed number and it always goes to voicemail during normal business hours Ordered a product on February 6th February 9th the order hadn't been shipped so I decided to cancel the order as I had found something else. Feb 11th they responded saying my order was cancelled although no cancellation was made in Shop pay. Feb 19th I requested a follow up as my refund had still not processed and they never wrote back. Followed up again today feb 23rd. THe producsts look cheap and the lack of customer service would keep me from ever coming back. Update March 7th. They still have not sent my refund.Filed a dispute with shop pay to try and recover my money.

I purchased a gravstation from grav goods I purchased a gravstation from grav goods I at first thought maybe they were scams but I can honestly say there product I purchased was fantastic, it keeps everything in one place beside the bed I can see the time and the led light isn’t bright enough to make your eyes shut as with some lights , the product is self is at the highest standard and the company it’s self are remarkable never have I found a company that put themself out to help as much as grav-goods. I’ve also so pleased I’m awaiting a grav bank which should arrive by 17 th but it hasn’t arrived as yet , I’ve found this company so professional and helpful .
