When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.

GBordered apple watch series 9 and have… ordered apple watch series 9 and have never received it. it was order on september 21 and nothing has come. even got a email from the supposely ceo of the company saying that a refund would be received soon. that his company never intended to treat me this way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY i LOST 500 DOLLARS. HOPEFULLY MY BANK WILL RETURN IT SOON.

GBStill no item I placed a order online and received a estimated delivery date. When date came still nothing I emailed to get status and was told what I ordered was no long available and that they have a different item for me im upset because if I wanted a different item I would have ordered tht. I was then told they was able to find item and it will be shipped next day .. next day I emailed and asked for shipping info and still no response order was paid in full over $900 will be calling my bank and will not be purchasing anything from this site again
