GBGreat company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

GBThis company never sent me my items This company never sent me my items. They sent it to the wrong address. Then I paid 200$ extra for my order to be protected by route but they never even added route protection to my order pocketing my money.

GBThe worst repair experience of my life The worst repair experience of my life. They have no idea what they are doing. A back of the iPhone repair that was supposed to take an hour, 6 hours later…still not fixed and the phone does not work. Do not bring repairs here…warranty company needs to know not to recommend them.

When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.
