This company never sent me my items This company never sent me my items. They sent it to the wrong address. Then I paid 200$ extra for my order to be protected by route but they never even added route protection to my order pocketing my money.

I had a great experience buying my new… I had a great experience buying my new MacBook from them! They helped me decide on the best model for my needs and answer any questions I had along the way. I've also fixed an iPad and iPhone with them and they were not only quick but efficient, leaving my products looking and working as if they were brand-new.

Great company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

They closed the store on st Simon’s… They closed the store on st Simon’s island and never gave me my phone back, nor called me. Anyone have a corporate number I can reach?

Been a week and item hasn't shipped… Been a week and item hasn't shipped yet. I even payed for faster shipping. Absolute scam website. Support won't answer. Good reviews here obviously fake. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY TRUST ME.
