GBThis company never sent me my items This company never sent me my items. They sent it to the wrong address. Then I paid 200$ extra for my order to be protected by route but they never even added route protection to my order pocketing my money.

GBGreat company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

GBBeen a week and item hasn't shipped… Been a week and item hasn't shipped yet. I even payed for faster shipping. Absolute scam website. Support won't answer. Good reviews here obviously fake. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY TRUST ME.
