Zero customer support, scam!!! Zero customer support, never received my $2300 order, no tracking number, can’t get in touch with anyone via email, phone, or online chat. Will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. Order TM-1828.

Beware I bout a $1,200 laptop for work, it was expected to arrive a few days ago however fedex is saying it still hasn’t been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone even though I’ve tried 5 times now and honestly it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If I could give negative stars I would, awful experience

I took my phone in because it was buzzing I took my phone in because it was making a vibrating sound. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for me and very little time. I am extremely pleased. I have worked with them before and they done a super job every time.

ordered apple watch series 9 and have… ordered apple watch series 9 and have never received it. it was order on september 21 and nothing has come. even got a email from the supposely ceo of the company saying that a refund would be received soon. that his company never intended to treat me this way. The worst repair experience of my life The worst repair experience of my life. They have no idea what they are doing. A back of the iPhone repair that was supposed to take an hour, 6 hours later…still not fixed and the phone does not work. Do not bring repairs here…warranty company needs to know not to recommend them.
