GBBeware I bout a $1,200 laptop for work, it was expected to arrive a few days ago however fedex is saying it still hasn’t been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone even though I’ve tried 5 times now and honestly it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If I could give negative stars I would, awful experience

GBCustomers beware Customers beware. Horrible. When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.
