Beware I bout a $1,200 laptop for work, it was expected to arrive a few days ago however fedex is saying it still hasn’t been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone even though I’ve tried 5 times now and honestly it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If I could give negative stars I would, awful experience

I purchased a refurbished MacBookPro laptop that ended up having many issues and he diagnosed all issues and worked to change out the one I purchased for one that did not have issues. He even helped me add my professional email to my new one on a separate day. Really helpful, professional and best of all, patient! I haven't get my three iPad I that I… Not one of my three iPads has arrived. I am clueless as to why I haven't received any emails or texts regarding the things I have paid for; I've already made three payments and have received no communication at all.

Customers beware Customers beware. Horrible. When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.

Excellent visit The two people that helped me or Chandler and Malaki. I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed three things done. Everything was done correctly and quickly, and they were more than happy to answer the questions that I had. They will definitely be my go to place rather than Jacksonville.
