GBGreat retailer I’m excited to have received my iPhone 12 Pro. I didn’t get the tracking information as I thought, but I came home and the parcel was safely on my porch unexpectedly. The packaging was extremely great and secure as promised. A great deal of effort was put into packing. Great retailer after all. I would recommend.

GBBeware I bout a $1,200 laptop for work, it was expected to arrive a few days ago however fedex is saying it still hasn’t been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone even though I’ve tried 5 times now and honestly it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If I could give negative stars I would, awful experience

GBZero customer support, scam!!! Zero customer support, never received my $2300 order, no tracking number, can’t get in touch with anyone via email, phone, or online chat. Will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. Order TM-1828.

GBGreat company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

GBNever returned my iPad Never returned my iPad , had me turn off location on it to work on it and store closed down and 1000$ 1 year old iPad is gone. Now I’ve gotten identity theft happening on my daughters acct No officer can even find a connection to get me help. Ridiculous
