Brandon of Mount Pleasant Brandon of Mount Pleasant, SC. He was so helpful in all ways. I purchased a refurbished MacBookPro laptop that ended up having many issues and he diagnosed all issues and worked to change out the one I purchased for one that did not have issues. He even helped me add my professional email to my new one on a separate day. Really helpful, professional and best of all, patient! Excellent visit The two people that helped me or Chandler and Malaki. I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed three things done. Everything was done correctly and quickly, and they were more than happy to answer the questions that I had. They will definitely be my go to place rather than Jacksonville.

I haven't get my three iPad I that I… Not one of my three iPads has arrived. I am clueless as to why I haven't received any emails or texts regarding the things I have paid for; I've already made three payments and have received no communication at all.

Great company to buy from.. Fantastic support I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago… I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and you guys still have yet to ship out my item. I got no response from the auto bot. But someone reached out to me with options because the item I purchased was damaged. I agreed to wait the 2 days for them to contact the vendor to ship, but I have yet to receive a response or an update and the item has yet to ship. My fed ex tracking number still says that only the label was created.
