Product is perahps good. Peripherals and Support are terrible I think that the products may be good value, but the customer support is shocking. They stall and ask for every piece of information, sometimes several times. My problem was eventually solved by a facebook member who advised buying a new charging cable from amazon - which did fix the problem of it not charging from solar. All Ecoflow did was to ask questions and take days to reply.

DO NOT upgrade firmware - will BRICK the device DO NOT upgrade firmware, it will brick your device. My EcoRiver Pro was 85% of charge (I only ever charge to 85% to maintain long battery life). The notified me of a firmware update, the main resolution of which is to "extend battery life". So I hit the upgrade button, and 4 minutes later my device now shows 0% battery and will not charge or power devices. It is DEAD!

Worst energy company in the world Worst energy company in the world. I bought a whole set for my house in South Africa. Was delivered 3 weeks late, worked for two weeks and still waiting for feedback. I'm not the only one in SA complaining. HelloPeter has a lot of complaints from South Africans. They are the worst!!!!

The product is probably mediocre and… The product is probably mediocre and other products may be better. The real problem is customer service and support, misinformation or no response. Also, they sell you something one day and two weeks later there is a new and better deal or product. Further, no support on accessories. They have been out of extension cables and stands for rigid panels for six months. They just don't care about the customer, just their tech egos.

Rubbish product and customer service Rubbish product and customer service. Bought a Ecoflow Delta 2 and extra battery. After 2 months it has gone faulty. Its now 2 weeks since I contacted their customer service after numerous emails asking the same thing then 2 days to reply they have accepted it needs to be returned for repair. They have sent me an email I've to box it up print their label and take it to a collect+ which is 6 miles from my house. I bought this unit for use in my motorhome not great being without it I've bought a similar unit from a competiter
