GBI ordered the Ecoflow River 2 Pro I ordered the Ecoflow River 2 Pro. It is small but I like it easy to carry and use. I didn't get a manual but I called and two days later I got one. I live in California, my friends made fun of me. BUT the next week after I got it the power went out. It worked GREAT. I am a senior and didn't have trouble understanding manual. I would recommend Ecoflow.

GBThree years ago I would have given… Three years ago I would have given EcoFlow 5 stars for there costumer service, today I would give them maybe one. And that would be only because they picked up the phone. Nothing has come out of the last three calls I have made simply to get a user manual that didn't come with the delta 2 I bought. Thanks for nothing.. John McClallen

GBPlease tell me what you have done to even contact me, since your 1 and only email promised you would do. You haven't done anything at all never mind replace this awful mower please. Dear Devia, Why do you continue to play these games. You raise a query with T P that I have already replied. You hope I will not reply in 3 days, so it is removed, but I answer you. But you not me. Then this repeats again. The so called perfect mower was a perfect gift for 77 year old disabled war pensioner. But please again...... read my complaints . Al your silly queries are answered there. Please change it ad I will not embarrass my son, who bought this as a top gift for me. I will not ask for his bank details. DEOur ecoflow unit stopped charging via… Our ecoflow unit stopped charging via the 240v lead, everything else okay. We contacted Power2go who we bought it from and they contacted ecoflow customer services. We sent in a short video of our fault and ecoflow contacted us very quickly. We were then asked to send the unit back “free post” (remember to keep the original boxes when you buy one ! ). Within 10 days we had the repaired unit back fully working. 24 month warranty seems to be honoured. We didn’t get any explanation about the fault but customer services told us that the MPPT circuit board had been replaced. Thanks to Amy & Alma at Ecoflow Customer services and Danielle at Power2go.

GBExceptional and extremely speedy… Exceptional and extremely speedy customer service by Max and ecoflow. Max resolved our issue in just one day. We are very happy with ecoflow and their products. We have 12 kwh of mixed ecoflow batteries which we use to power 90% of appliances in our home. This has allowed us to power our home for a fraction of the cost by using cheap 7.5 pence Kwh energy 24 hours per day.
