Faulty Refurbished Product - Don’t Trust Ordered a refurbished Delta 2 Extra Battery. Shown as in stock however took over two weeks for delivery and then its faulty. They say it has to go for repair, when legally as faulty for been should be replaced. Delays and faulty units make Ecoflow an unreliable partner for any serious user - as when things go wrong it start wrong they just don’t step up!

Uk customer support seems not to exist in Uk I had one product which I was happy with delivery ,quality etc. 3 stars only for experience with first order otherwise it would be minimum. So I decided to buy another product. On website was stated delivery from UK or French storage on7-8 days. Waiting already month!!!! And product was sent from China! I contacted all possible emails. I was adviced sit silence and wait. Uk website is rubbish for customer support. All support from China. Where is eu customer support????? I gave them time to deliver this week or I rise a case with paypal. Requested refund already-we will ses how fast problem will be resolved. As Support is a joke!!! Exceptional and extremely speedy… Exceptional and extremely speedy customer service by Max and ecoflow. Max resolved our issue in just one day. We are very happy with ecoflow and their products. We have 12 kwh of mixed ecoflow batteries which we use to power 90% of appliances in our home. This has allowed us to power our home for a fraction of the cost by using cheap 7.5 pence Kwh energy 24 hours per day.

I ordered the Ecoflow River 2 Pro I ordered the Ecoflow River 2 Pro. It is small but I like it easy to carry and use. I didn't get a manual but I called and two days later I got one. I live in California, my friends made fun of me. BUT the next week after I got it the power went out. It worked GREAT. I am a senior and didn't have trouble understanding manual. I would recommend Ecoflow.

Worst energy company in the world Worst energy company in the world. I bought a whole set for my house in South Africa. Was delivered 3 weeks late, worked for two weeks and still waiting for feedback. I'm not the only one in SA complaining. HelloPeter has a lot of complaints from South Africans. They are the worst!!!!
