GBEcoflow has the worst customer service… Ecoflow has the worst customer service around. We purchased one of their new Smart Home Panel 2 devices. After having it professionally installed by an electrician, it was determined to be defective. This means that our house is without power within 12 circuits. Their phone number is staffed by entry-level support in China, which cannot do anything without emailing another department. The other department has not responded in over 10 days. At this point, we are going to have to sue them.

DEOur ecoflow unit stopped charging via… Our ecoflow unit stopped charging via the 240v lead, everything else okay. We contacted Power2go who we bought it from and they contacted ecoflow customer services. We sent in a short video of our fault and ecoflow contacted us very quickly. We were then asked to send the unit back “free post” (remember to keep the original boxes when you buy one ! ). Within 10 days we had the repaired unit back fully working. 24 month warranty seems to be honoured. We didn’t get any explanation about the fault but customer services told us that the MPPT circuit board had been replaced. Thanks to Amy & Alma at Ecoflow Customer services and Danielle at Power2go.

GBThe product is probably mediocre and… The product is probably mediocre and other products may be better. The real problem is customer service and support, misinformation or no response. Also, they sell you something one day and two weeks later there is a new and better deal or product. Further, no support on accessories. They have been out of extension cables and stands for rigid panels for six months. They just don't care about the customer, just their tech egos.

GBSupport is Not Good … Their customer support is their biggest flaw. Anyone you get on the phone has no power to do anything. Basically an answering service at best. They want everything via email and response times are slow. True support and customer service doesnt exist.

GBRubbish product and customer service Rubbish product and customer service. Bought a Ecoflow Delta 2 and extra battery. After 2 months it has gone faulty. Its now 2 weeks since I contacted their customer service after numerous emails asking the same thing then 2 days to reply they have accepted it needs to be returned for repair. They have sent me an email I've to box it up print their label and take it to a collect+ which is 6 miles from my house. I bought this unit for use in my motorhome not great being without it I've bought a similar unit from a competiter
