Delta 2 So far, so good... Bought the Ecoflow Delta 2 back in Oct 23 along with the 100w flexible solar panel for an short duration emergency backup system as part of the household push for less dependence on the grid after installing a Solar PV & battery earlier in the year. (No EPS) During a planned electricity meter change, albeit not for long we were able to maintain power to the wi-fi, computers and printers as my wife works from home. I plan/hope not to use the Delta 2 on a regular basis but gives piece of mind if/when the power drops out at home or need an extra push using off site power tools

Ecoflow has the worst customer service… Ecoflow has the worst customer service around. We purchased one of their new Smart Home Panel 2 devices. After having it professionally installed by an electrician, it was determined to be defective. This means that our house is without power within 12 circuits. Their phone number is staffed by entry-level support in China, which cannot do anything without emailing another department. The other department has not responded in over 10 days. At this point, we are going to have to sue them.

Uk customer support seems not to exist in Uk I had one product which I was happy with delivery ,quality etc. 3 stars only for experience with first order otherwise it would be minimum. So I decided to buy another product. On website was stated delivery from UK or French storage on7-8 days. Waiting already month!!!! And product was sent from China! I contacted all possible emails. I was adviced sit silence and wait. Uk website is rubbish for customer support. All support from China. Where is eu customer support????? I gave them time to deliver this week or I rise a case with paypal. Requested refund already-we will ses how fast problem will be resolved. As Support is a joke!!! Order EFUK-14594 Placed on December 21, 2023 at 5:48 pm It was allegedly picked up on 26 December by Udel from China-some shady delivery company.

Beware We bought a new Ecoflow Delta 2 Max from their online store. Only used it a couple times before it completely stopped working only a few months old. We sent the company a video and several emails. Initially they said they would replace with a refurbished one. Better than nothing or so we thought. they then wanted us to pay to have it shipped back. They refused to send an international shipping label even though they have international stores. It seems that we are now stuck with this dead brick and lost our money as well. will never buy from them again nor would we wish this on anyone else.

Please tell me what you have done to even contact me, since your 1 and only email promised you would do. You haven't done anything at all never mind replace this awful mower please. Dear Devia, Why do you continue to play these games. You raise a query with T P that I have already replied. You hope I will not reply in 3 days, so it is removed, but I answer you. But you not me. Then this repeats again. The so called perfect mower was a perfect gift for 77 year old disabled war pensioner. But please again...... read my complaints . Al your silly queries are answered there. Please change it ad I will not embarrass my son, who bought this as a top gift for me. I will not ask for his bank details. Just replace and pick up please Best wishes Derek You haven't done anything at all never mind replace this awful mower please.
