Delta 2 So far, so good... Bought the Ecoflow Delta 2 back in Oct 23 along with the 100w flexible solar panel for an short duration emergency backup system as part of the household push for less dependence on the grid after installing a Solar PV & battery earlier in the year. (No EPS) During a planned electricity meter change, albeit not for long we were able to maintain power to the wi-fi, computers and printers as my wife works from home. I plan/hope not to use the Delta 2 on a regular basis but gives piece of mind if/when the power drops out at home or need an extra push using off site power tools

I purchased a Ecoflow River 2 Pro… I purchased a Ecoflow River 2 Pro December 2023, and today I used the AC power supply and it there is a ticking sound from the inside. I called Ecoflow and spoke to a Joshua who gave me a hard time and wanted to update the Firmware which is updated and asked to reboot the the power supply and call back in one hour to speak to tech support. These are stalling tactics. Reported this interaction to the California State Attorney offices for review. The Ecoflow should not be ticking when in use. Joshua refused to let me speak to his supervisor.

Don’t buy direct from them Don’t buy direct from them. Ordered and tried to change a model within 30 min. I could not cancel - too late for that. So 10 days later the original model arrives- I refuse the delivery. They contact me and I explain I wanted to cancel. So it goes back to the sender. It has now been 8 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money back. Upon email contact- they respond in poor English with info variation of the same information. That they are sorry and that it was processed. I paid with a debit card. They state they refunded me via pay pal and to take it up with them. It’s all absolutely terrible. I can’t remember the last time I experienced such diabolical service. Stay away from that shop if you value your sanity.

Ecoflow has the worst customer service… Ecoflow has the worst customer service around. We purchased one of their new Smart Home Panel 2 devices. After having it professionally installed by an electrician, it was determined to be defective. This means that our house is without power within 12 circuits. Their phone number is staffed by entry-level support in China, which cannot do anything without emailing another department. The other department has not responded in over 10 days. At this point, we are going to have to sue them.

Product is perahps good. Peripherals and Support are terrible I think that the products may be good value, but the customer support is shocking. They stall and ask for every piece of information, sometimes several times. My problem was eventually solved by a facebook member who advised buying a new charging cable from amazon - which did fix the problem of it not charging from solar. All Ecoflow did was to ask questions and take days to reply.
