A very nice person as well as all-about-her-people. Echo has helped me any number of times in the recent past. From time to time, any product we buy can find itself needing an adjustment of some sort. Or even a replacement part. The more complex a system is, the more chance there will at some point require customer assistence. Just a fact of life. Echo has taken care of every warranty issue I’ve ever had at Radioddity. Parts, advice or obtaining factory assistence. Echo is tops in her field, and a really sweet person, too.

Excellent customer support. I had problems with a hardware driver, Irene from customer service helped me quickly and easily. Thanks to her, everything works smoothly now. The reason for the difficulties was not the hardware, but once again Windows. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend Radioddity.
