My ham radio stopped transmitting 3 months into the warranty and I contacted them via E-mail. Helen Lu, E-mailed right back and ask what the problem was I was having with the radio and after explaining she shipped a new microphone to me and followed up with E-mails to make sure I received it and it worked. After letting her no the radio was not working with the new mic. She shipped out a brand new radio which is working great. I am now a customer for life.

DEExcellent customer support. I had problems with a hardware driver, Irene from customer service helped me quickly and easily. Thanks to her, everything works smoothly now. The reason for the difficulties was not the hardware, but once again Windows. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend Radioddity.

GBRadioddity Warrantees Are The Real Deal! My Xiegu x5105 transceiver developed an intermittent receive problem after owning it for six months. I contacted Radioddity to see if it could be repaired under warranty. To be honest, I wasn't optimistic because I'd never dealt with them before. But guess what? They appologized for the problem and sent me a prepaid UPS label to return it at their expense. And then they quickly sent me a brand new replacement unit! Bravo Radioddity!!

CAThe focus today’s review is on Echo The focus today’s review is on Echo, a Customer Service Rep at Radioddity.com Echo. Yes, that’s her name. She’s a very real person. A very nice person as well as all-about-her-people. Echo has helped me any number of times in the recent past. From time to time, any product we buy can find itself needing an adjustment of some sort. Or even a replacement part. The more complex a system is, the more chance there will at some point require customer assistence. Just a fact of life. Echo has taken care of every warranty issue I’ve ever had at Radioddity. Parts, advice or obtaining factory assistence. Echo is tops in her field, and a really sweet person, too.

DEFantastic support! I had the pleasure to get several times in contact with the support-team for different questions/problems with different items. Some of them were found as user-caused problems. Anyhow - this support-team is one that deserves the attribute „support“. It has always been a pleasure to communicate with them. Especially I want to thank „Nora“ as the team-member I mainly had the pleasure to talk to. I almost wish to get another problem just to get help from tjat wonderful team/person again. 😎 Thanks a lot!
