DEExcellent customer support. I had problems with a hardware driver, Irene from customer service helped me quickly and easily. Thanks to her, everything works smoothly now. The reason for the difficulties was not the hardware, but once again Windows. I am a very satisfied customer and definitely recommend Radioddity.

USCustomer support went above and beyond Customer support went above and beyond. I had a few radios that had programming and issues and after a few emails back and forth we could not solve the problems but Radioddity did offer to exchange the radios. New radios are working great and I will definitely be a returning customer.

USRadioddity Warrantees Are The Real Deal! My Xiegu x5105 transceiver developed an intermittent receive problem after owning it for six months. I contacted Radioddity to see if it could be repaired under warranty. To be honest, I wasn't optimistic because I'd never dealt with them before. But guess what? They appologized for the problem and sent me a prepaid UPS label to return it at their expense. And then they quickly sent me a brand new replacement unit! Bravo Radioddity!!
