Sainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere. Sammy and the customer service team are amazing! They absolutely stand by their products and care about their customers! Thank you Sainsmart for all the amazing work you do!

Upon the receipt of the information from me, they immediately sent me an updated part that has seemed to completely solve my problem! Satisfaction Guaranteed I recently purchased an L8 20 watt laser from Sainsmart and was having a problem getting it to connect to the computer. I was dealing with Jamie who assured me they would figure out the problem and within a few days they sent out the parts necessary to get the laser working again.
