Sainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere. Issue with 4040 Pro CNC I contacted Sainsmart about a problem that I was having with my 4040 Pro CNC. They responded backed to me quickly and requested some additional information.
