Sainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere. Sammy and the customer service team are amazing! They absolutely stand by their products and care about their customers! Thank you Sainsmart for all the amazing work you do!

Best customer support Best customer support! Extremely helpful, and fast. Recently purchased a Genmitsu 3020 Pro Max V2 and the machine so far has been beyond expectations. I also recently got the RFL10W laser module for this machine. When I ran into problems, I reached out to Sainsmart support. Huge shout out to Sammy for being on the spot in helping to diagnose and correct the problem! The support is invaluable in learning CNC/Laser. I will most definitely continue to buy direct from Sainsmart, as well as recommend their products to anyone wishing to get started in this craft. I bought the 3018ProVers2 with Controller I bought the 3018ProVers2 with controller from Genmitsu. Fast shipping and everything neatly packaged. Unfortunately the controller was missing from the accessories. Short email to the manufacturer and 6 hours. later came the following answer: Sorry, please provide address and telephone number. We will check the purchase and send you a new controller with accessories. 8 days later the part was there and everything works perfectly. A great service without any ifs and buts...
