GBMy machine had lost connection with my… My machine had lost connection with my gsender. After a short conversation and some troubleshooting, we discovered it was the control board. GBIt is so nice to deal with a company… It is so nice to deal with a company with Customer Service. I purchased a 3018 prover last year. I purchased the upgrade kit to a 3040. When I was installing the upgrade, I stripped out the set screws for the coupling between the motor and the lead screw. I went to look for the replacement parts but could not find them. I contacted CS and they went above and beyond what I expected. They sent me the part at no charge and in a timely manner. They also checked on how my experience was and if everything was satisfactory. Again, it is so nice and refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

CASatisfaction Guaranteed I recently purchased an L8 20 watt laser from Sainsmart and was having a problem getting it to connect to the computer. I was dealing with Jamie who assured me they would figure out the problem and within a few days they sent out the parts necessary to get the laser working again.
