Sammy, customer relations at Sains Smart, asked for some details and quickly decided to send me a replacement - which took only a couple of days to arrive from China. Very well done, I couldn't have asked for more!

Problem resolved. I had problems with my machine, but the support team (Jamie) sorted everything out in a very helpful and speedy manner, going the extra mile to get me up and running. One of the best, if not the best, dealings I have had with any support team.
