GBIt is so nice to deal with a company… It is so nice to deal with a company with Customer Service. I purchased a 3018 prover last year. I purchased the upgrade kit to a 3040. When I was installing the upgrade, I stripped out the set screws for the coupling between the motor and the lead screw. I went to look for the replacement parts but could not find them. I contacted CS and they went above and beyond what I expected. They sent me the part at no charge and in a timely manner. They also checked on how my experience was and if everything was satisfactory. Again, it is so nice and refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

GBReal people, Really fast The customer service was amazing. Had an issue with a new machines motor only after a few weeks of owning it. Messaged the company, and less than 24 hours we had the replacement shipped and on its way. Very quick response and knowledgeable support.

GBSatisfied customer I had an issue with the laser I had ordered. Bettina listened to my problem and offered a few suggestions to fix the problem. Being unable to correct the problem, she had a new one sent to replace the damaged one. The new one works wonderfully! Thank you, Bettina!!

GBSainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere. Sammy and the customer service team are amazing! They absolutely stand by their products and care about their customers! Thank you Sainsmart for all the amazing work you do!
