USIssue with 4040 Pro CNC I contacted Sainsmart about a problem that I was having with my 4040 Pro CNC. They responded backed to me quickly and requested some additional information. Upon the receipt of the information from me, they immediately sent me an updated part that has seemed to completely solve my problem! I was very impressed with the responsiveness of their communications and their actions to solve my problem. Thanks again!!

GBExcellent customer relations by Sains Smart A communications breakdown somewhere in the system meant that I wasn't aware that the courier had tried to deliver my laser engraver. Sammy, customer relations at Sains Smart, asked for some details and quickly decided to send me a replacement - which took only a couple of days to arrive from China. Very well done, I couldn't have asked for more!

USSatisfied customer I had an issue with the laser I had ordered. Bettina listened to my problem and offered a few suggestions to fix the problem. Being unable to correct the problem, she had a new one sent to replace the damaged one. The new one works wonderfully! Thank you, Bettina!!

USIt is so nice to deal with a company… It is so nice to deal with a company with Customer Service. I purchased a 3018 prover last year. I purchased the upgrade kit to a 3040. When I was installing the upgrade, I stripped out the set screws for the coupling between the motor and the lead screw. I went to look for the replacement parts but could not find them. I contacted CS and they went above and beyond what I expected. They sent me the part at no charge and in a timely manner. They also checked on how my experience was and if everything was satisfactory. Again, it is so nice and refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers.
