Satisfaction Guaranteed I recently purchased an L8 20 watt laser from Sainsmart and was having a problem getting it to connect to the computer. I was dealing with Jamie who assured me they would figure out the problem and within a few days they sent out the parts necessary to get the laser working again. Excellent customer relations by Sains Smart A communications breakdown somewhere in the system meant that I wasn't aware that the courier had tried to deliver my laser engraver. Sammy, customer relations at Sains Smart, asked for some details and quickly decided to send me a replacement - which took only a couple of days to arrive from China. Sainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere.
