GBMy machine had lost connection with my… My machine had lost connection with my gsender. After a short conversation and some troubleshooting, we discovered it was the control board. GBBest customer support Best customer support! Extremely helpful, and fast. Recently purchased a Genmitsu 3020 Pro Max V2 and the machine so far has been beyond expectations. I also recently got the RFL10W laser module for this machine. When I ran into problems, I reached out to Sainsmart support. Huge shout out to Sammy for being on the spot in helping to diagnose and correct the problem! The support is invaluable in learning CNC/Laser.
