Excellent customer relations by Sains Smart A communications breakdown somewhere in the system meant that I wasn't aware that the courier had tried to deliver my laser engraver. Sammy, customer relations at Sains Smart, asked for some details and quickly decided to send me a replacement - which took only a couple of days to arrive from China. Very well done, I couldn't have asked for more!

Sainsmart puts the pro in 4040 pro! The inside of the USB port on my 4040 pro broke loose and came out. Sainsmart sent me a new board. When I put the new board in it was defective. Sainsmart rushed me a board and everything is great! Sainsmart is hands down one of the best companies out there. I will look to see if Sainsmart carries an item before I purchase elsewhere. Sammy and the customer service team are amazing! They absolutely stand by their products and care about their customers! Thank you Sainsmart for all the amazing work you do!
