6550 Pro Jim has been working through an issue we had and was able to get the 6550 Pro working again through looking at a few videos we sent and narrowing the problem down. We have three Yora Home products (2 x lasers and 1 x Silverback CNC) and the reason we purchased them was the warranty and support they offer. Good job guys Andrew & Melissa

Mandrill issue I had an issue with my mandrill which I could not troubleshoot on my own. I e mailed support and Nick immediately started helping me. It was a tricky fix that took a while to diagnose. But, at no time did I ever feel unsupported. I have to say, some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. These guys are awesome! Thanks to Nick and Jim, I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was.

I was so pleased with the quick… I was so pleased with the quick response to a question about the VeraHome 6550. They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support. Outstanding Customer Support The customer service of this company has been unmatched by a long shot. They go above and beyond to help trouble shoot any issues you are having as well as give you clear step by step instructions to help solve the problem.
