They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support. GBBest customer service around! I have submitted several emails over the last several years since I purchased my Silverback 6060. Jeremy and everyone at yorahome have exceeded my expectations for customer service. I’ve always gotten a response within an hour if not immediately. There has been nothing I haven’t been able to figure out with their help. From set up of my machine to where I can find extra parts. Yorahome has won my business for life with their support alone. Their machines speak for themselves.

GBI had a software mishap that I had done… I had a software mishap that I had done on my mandrill machine. I emailed them (yorahome) and to my surprise, I had a response in just a few hours. Jim was the tech that was helping me with the software issue. He went way above and beyond helping me solve my issue. My mandrill was back up and running within a few hours and has been perfect ever since. Great customer service!!!!!!
