Amazing Support and warranty Amazing Support and warranty replaced the whole system when we had trouble trying to get things worked out and now everything is running like it should. Many times we had to correspond with very different time zone and nearly always we were able to work out a suitable time to suit both Yorahome support and myself.

The support team at Yorahome The support team at Yorahome were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to my questions about my laser engraver. I find this product to be excellent value for money and it works brilliantly. Coupled with great support I highly recommend Yorahome !

Great Customer Service I was having problems with my silverback z-axis and after several months of trying to troubleshoot, I was asked to send the controller and wiring harness in to be tested. I did and I can honestly say I was reluctant to do so since I had troubleshot the whole thing. It turns out the problem must have been in my controller. I have it back now and it is back to carving like a beast.

I was so pleased with the quick… I was so pleased with the quick response to a question about the VeraHome 6550. They responded within minutes of receipt of the question and within an hour I received a resolution to the question I asked. They also included more info about software questions that I asked and other hardware that is compatible with what I have. I am totally pleased with the product nd customer support. Highly recommended!!!
