AU6550 Pro Jim has been working through an issue we had and was able to get the 6550 Pro working again through looking at a few videos we sent and narrowing the problem down. We have three Yora Home products (2 x lasers and 1 x Silverback CNC) and the reason we purchased them was the warranty and support they offer. Good job guys Andrew & Melissa

GBSilverback Start-up help Over the course of several days, Mark from Yorahome walked me step by step through resolution of my start up issues with my new Silverback. Once we had resolved all the issues Mark thanked me for my patience as we worked around the time zone issues. I told him I totally understood as I had been stationed in the UK many years ago while in the USAF. Mark then forwarded me a UTube video of a tour of the base I was stationed at as it now looks. Great support and great memories!!

AUAmazing Support and warranty Amazing Support and warranty replaced the whole system when we had trouble trying to get things worked out and now everything is running like it should. Many times we had to correspond with very different time zone and nearly always we were able to work out a suitable time to suit both Yorahome support and myself.

Jeremy and everyone at yorahome have exceeded my expectations for customer service. I’ve always gotten a response within an hour if not immediately. There has been nothing I haven’t been able to figure out with their help. From set up of my machine to where I can find extra parts. Yorahome has won my business for life with their support alone. Their machines speak for themselves.
