great customer service email was answered in less than 30 minuetes and one email later had order placed. in the past Jeremy has called after hours and on a weekend best customer service i have dealt with in years hands down the best in the business. started with a 3018 graduated to a mandril and now a silverback didn't shop around after first one because of your service. keep it up thank you

Silverback Start-up help Over the course of several days, Mark from Yorahome walked me step by step through resolution of my start up issues with my new Silverback. Once we had resolved all the issues Mark thanked me for my patience as we worked around the time zone issues. I told him I totally understood as I had been stationed in the UK many years ago while in the USAF. Mark then forwarded me a UTube video of a tour of the base I was stationed at as it now looks. Great support and great memories!!

Great Customer Service I was having problems with my silverback z-axis and after several months of trying to troubleshoot, I was asked to send the controller and wiring harness in to be tested. I did and I can honestly say I was reluctant to do so since I had troubleshot the whole thing. It turns out the problem must have been in my controller. I have it back now and it is back to carving like a beast.

Unequaled customer service. There is nothing unusual to note in this review because the support team at YoraHome once again proved they're the best when it comes to customer service. It seems almost impossible to me to overstate what a terrific job they do, time after time.

I’ve had a few problems with my air… I’ve had a few problems with my air assist and I have contacted customer service and within an hour or so they have answered my questions and sent me what I needed at a reasonable time.
