Fantastic company & support! I have been a customer of YoraHome for years. I originally bought the 6550 Laser Engraver and fell in love with the quality of the machine. I then bought the Silverback CNC Router and the projects keep coming. I just recently bought the 6550-Pro and after assembling, the power supply stopped working. I contacted Support and Jim worked his magic and sent off a replacement power supply to me. Great service!
