I purchased the TURBRO I purchased the TURBRO - TS25 on Amazon. Great heater, looks terrific and functions great. Unfortunately, after one year the heater and blower failed. I contacted customer service and received a same day response. After a few friendly and short email exchanges, they shipped me a new unit. And even confirmed with me that it was received and was working properly. Literally the best customer service experience I've even had. Highly recommend.

Great space heater! We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

Coolbeans On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs. Had an issue with the remote and the staff helped me with it quickly. Shout out to Nicole and Britany for their help. If l ever need help with anything concerning my AC, l will call. 22 inch electric log set I ordered the 22 inch electric log set from Turbo directly (they had the best price on my research). I received the order within a few days but it was all cracked apart on top of the unit. I immediately contacted customer service, they had me take photos and email to them. Turbo apologized for inconvenience and immediately replaced the log set delivered within one day. I love the log set, it looks beautiful and is nice and warm. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater.
