GB22 inch electric log set I ordered the 22 inch electric log set from Turbo directly (they had the best price on my research). I received the order within a few days but it was all cracked apart on top of the unit. I immediately contacted customer service, they had me take photos and email to them. Turbo apologized for inconvenience and immediately replaced the log set delivered within one day. I love the log set, it looks beautiful and is nice and warm. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.

GBWe researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and found the plastic cover over the control buttons was missing. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

GBGreat space heater! We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

GBGreat Customer Service! Great Customer Service! I haven’t been able to use the heater yet because Amazon shipped one that was described as like new condition but when I unpacked the fireplace it had no legs in the box. I contacted Turbro directly, via email, and they responded promptly, requesting the exact model number and invoice from Amazon to be certain they were shipping the correct parts. The replacement legs are on their way and I am looking forward to enjoying my fireplace heater soon. I did plug it in to check that it was in working condition and I was impressed with the “flames” - they are more realistic than many others I’ve seen.

GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater.
