Outstanding Customer Service!! The customer service I received was Outstanding!! I ordered my fireplace a couple of months ago for my new addition at my home. When we opened up the box of the Turbro unit we were set to install we found the glass cover to the unit was shattered. I emailed their customer service expecting a huge hassle to get the unit or the glass replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process. My replacement glass was received only a few days later. I will definitely be recommending Turbro to all my family and friends!!!

Excellent customer service I recently had a difficulty with my remote control on my turbo fireplace heater purchased in October 2022. I called the company and explained my situation. I was unable to turn on the unit I loved because my remote no longer functioned. On January 30, 2024 the company sent me a new unit. The interaction was above and beyond and The gentleman could give lessons in customer service. No hassle despite the fact the warranty expired. My unit now works as it did. I am one satisfied customer.

Excellent cusomer service Purchased our portable a/c unit August 15, 2023 and it was great until the blower fan for the a/c side came apart. I contacted the company on March 26,2024 and on April 2, 2024 they delivered a complete new unit. They requested a few few pictures of the problem and immediately contacted me to let me know a replacement would be sent and it was......Thank you for your prompt response to our problem. Definetly reccomend this company!

I ordered my Turbro Eternal Heater from…Amazon I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!

I purchased the TURBRO I purchased the TURBRO - TS25 on Amazon. Great heater, looks terrific and functions great. Unfortunately, after one year the heater and blower failed. I contacted customer service and received a same day response. After a few friendly and short email exchanges, they shipped me a new unit. And even confirmed with me that it was received and was working properly. Literally the best customer service experience I've even had. Highly recommend.
