We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon… We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon and when installed it was very loud. We reached out to customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and after sending them a video of the noise. The customer service rep quickly replies and informed us they were shipping us a new unit. We were able to replace the noisy unit with a new unit that is much quite and meets the expectations. The customer service was easy to work with and we love our new unit.

22 inch electric log set I ordered the 22 inch electric log set from Turbo directly (they had the best price on my research). I received the order within a few days but it was all cracked apart on top of the unit. I immediately contacted customer service, they had me take photos and email to them. Turbo apologized for inconvenience and immediately replaced the log set delivered within one day. I love the log set, it looks beautiful and is nice and warm. I highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.

Turbro Greenland humidifier, excellent choice Once I decided on the Turbro Greenland GLH20 humidifier I Looked at several sites for a price comparison. The Turbro site offered the best price and free shipping. The item arrived quickly and very well package. After several days of use it works great. Extremely happy.

We researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and found the plastic cover over the control buttons was missing. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

I haven’t been able to use the heater yet because Amazon shipped one that was described as like new condition but when I unpacked the fireplace it had no legs in the box. I contacted Turbro directly, via email, and they responded promptly, requesting the exact model number and invoice from Amazon to be certain they were shipping the correct parts. The replacement legs are on their way and I am looking forward to enjoying my fireplace heater soon. I did plug it in to check that it was in working condition and I was impressed with the “flames” - they are more realistic than many others I’ve seen.
