Great Customer Service! Great Customer Service! I haven’t been able to use the heater yet because Amazon shipped one that was described as like new condition but when I unpacked the fireplace it had no legs in the box. I contacted Turbro directly, via email, and they responded promptly, requesting the exact model number and invoice from Amazon to be certain they were shipping the correct parts. The replacement legs are on their way and I am looking forward to enjoying my fireplace heater soon. I did plug it in to check that it was in working condition and I was impressed with the “flames” - they are more realistic than many others I’ve seen.

Great space heater! We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

Outstanding Customer Service!! The customer service I received was Outstanding!! I ordered my fireplace a couple of months ago for my new addition at my home. When we opened up the box of the Turbro unit we were set to install we found the glass cover to the unit was shattered. I emailed their customer service expecting a huge hassle to get the unit or the glass replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process. My replacement glass was received only a few days later. I will definitely be recommending Turbro to all my family and friends!!!

I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family! The heater is great The heater is great. My wife and I really like the heater. Customer service is excellent. We purchased our heater from Amazon. Upon arrival, we found that the crackling sound was not working. I emailed Support, which promptly shipped a replacement heater. New heater works great. I would recommend the heater and the company to anyone.
