Great product Great product, even better customer service! I have the TS20 and had an issue with the heating component. Contacted costumer service and Britany was a pleasure to work with. This is a great unit for small spaces—a lot of heat output for a small machine, crackling sound & fire doesn’t look “fake”, great vibe! Highly recommend this company. Will be a return customer!

We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon… We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon and when installed it was very loud. We reached out to customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and after sending them a video of the noise. The customer service rep quickly replies and informed us they were shipping us a new unit. We were able to replace the noisy unit with a new unit that is much quite and meets the expectations. The customer service was easy to work with and we love our new unit.

Great space heater! We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

I ordered my Turbro Eternal Heater from…Amazon I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!

Coolbeans On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs.
