Coolbeans On searching for a AC unit, l purchased this brand that l have never heard of. I'm thankful that l found one that met our needs. Had an issue with the remote and the staff helped me with it quickly. Shout out to Nicole and Britany for their help. If l ever need help with anything concerning my AC, l will call. We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon… We initially ordered our fireplace from Amazon and when installed it was very loud. We reached out to customer service to ask if they had any suggestions and after sending them a video of the noise. The customer service rep quickly replies and informed us they were shipping us a new unit. We were able to replace the noisy unit with a new unit that is much quite and meets the expectations. The customer service was easy to work with and we love our new unit.

Great space heater! We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

We researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and it worked great for quite awhile. Then the control button for the heater stopped working. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks

I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one. But Britany was brilliant! She was responsive and super helpful. I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family!
