The heater is great The heater is great. My wife and I really like the heater. Customer service is excellent. We purchased our heater from Amazon. Upon arrival, we found that the crackling sound was not working. I emailed Support, which promptly shipped a replacement heater. New heater works great. I would recommend the heater and the company to anyone.

Excellent cusomer service Purchased our portable a/c unit August 15, 2023 and it was great until the blower fan for the a/c side came apart. I contacted the company on March 26,2024 and on April 2, 2024 they delivered a complete new unit. They requested a few few pictures of the problem and immediately contacted me to let me know a replacement would be sent and it was......Thank you for your prompt response to our problem. Definetly reccomend this company!

Excellent customer service I recently had a difficulty with my remote control on my turbo fireplace heater purchased in October 2022. I called the company and explained my situation. I was unable to turn on the unit I loved because my remote no longer functioned. On January 30, 2024 the company sent me a new unit. The interaction was above and beyond and The gentleman could give lessons in customer service. No hassle despite the fact the warranty expired. My unit now works as it did. I am one satisfied customer.

We researched several fireplace options… We researched several fireplace options but ended up going with Turbro. They had the cleanest looking fireplace and I liked the features. Got it on sale, great! Got it delivered and it worked great for quite awhile. Then the control button for the heater stopped working. Emailed customer service and sent them the serial number. A week later they sent us a replacement unit, told us to keep the original. Not sure how they can afford to do that, but I’m not complaining. Great customer service, prompt and respectful. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks

I ordered my Turbro Eternal Heater from…Amazon I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!
