AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot express how wonderful my customer service experience was. We had an issue with our electric fireplace that was purchased a few months ago on Amazon. The service I received was incredibly polite, patient, and willing to help us try and fix the problem. In the end they provided us with a refund/giftcard to replace our heater. The heater is great The heater is great. My wife and I really like the heater. Customer service is excellent. We purchased our heater from Amazon. Upon arrival, we found that the crackling sound was not working. I emailed Support, which promptly shipped a replacement heater. New heater works great. I would recommend the heater and the company to anyone.

I ordered my Turbro Eternal Heater from…Amazon I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!
