The process of receiving clear instructions, printing a label, being able to take it to the P.O. and not have to pay shipping, receiving their confirmation of receipt, then receiving notice that they would pay, and finally receiving payment, all went smoothly and in a very reasonable time frame. Selling an old phone I sent my old Xfinity Mobile phone to them for cash, and it was maybe just about a week total from when I submitted the claim and got paid, via Zelle. I didn't know that Xfinity locks their SIM cards, and they emailed me on the steps I needed to follow to get it unlocked. Don’t be intimidated by the process. If you are not sure how to answer some of the questions, take your best guess. They will send you an email detailing the condition of the phone along with hints on how you can answer more accurately the next time.
