1GuyGadget is 1GoodGuy I had four relatively new iPhones I wanted to sell because I switched operators. Operator and Apple buy back programs are not the most rewarding in that situation, so I looked for alternatives. Happy to say that 1GuyGadget was my choice, based on existing reviews, to which I am contributing now. 1GG has a great website interface, provided a shipping label with a tracking number with insurance, and offered to be paid via Zelle. Hard to beat! 100% recommended.

The process all went smoothly I had an iPhone 8+ to sell after upgrading to a newer iPhone. I did my research and narrowed down potential buyers to 3 companies. I chose 1GuyGadget as they seemed to offer the best price, but also were very transparent about the process and had great ratings already. The process of receiving clear instructions, printing a label, being able to take it to the P.O. and not have to pay shipping, receiving their confirmation of receipt, then receiving notice that they would pay, and finally receiving payment, all went smoothly and in a very reasonable time frame. I am quite impressed and would use 1GuyGadget again.

I had to call when there was a minor glitch on completing the information to return my phone , but their IT people corrected it within hours and I received a call back. Just follow directions and sent my phone with pre-paid postage. Received emails Re progress and then my check.

Trustworthy, fair & fast! Received payment without issue. They contacted me as soon as the phone arrived & they had a chance to look it over. My phone didn’t meet the “mint” condition standard, but they worked with me on a revised offer that was more than fair. Highly recommend!
