Fast & easy Fast, easy, money deposited quickly. The online form was easy and I liked that I had options and could see how each choice affected how much money I would get. I felt completely informed & the instructions on what to do were the clearest I’ve ever come across after two prior bad experience with other companies buying my old phones. Those prior bad experiences made me expect the worst but everything here was perfect & I couldn’t possibly be happier. Anytime I get a new phone, this is where I’m going to sell the old one!

1GuyGadget is 1GoodGuy I had four relatively new iPhones I wanted to sell because I switched operators. Operator and Apple buy back programs are not the most rewarding in that situation, so I looked for alternatives. Happy to say that 1GuyGadget was my choice, based on existing reviews, to which I am contributing now. 1GG has a great website interface, provided a shipping label with a tracking number with insurance, and offered to be paid via Zelle. Hard to beat! 100% recommended.

Selling an old phone I sent my old Xfinity Mobile phone to them for cash, and it was maybe just about a week total from when I submitted the claim and got paid, via Zelle. I didn't know that Xfinity locks their SIM cards, and they emailed me on the steps I needed to follow to get it unlocked. They were so helpful and I would not only recommend them, but I would go back again!!

Don’t be intimidated by the process. If you are not sure how to answer some of the questions, take your best guess. They will send you an email detailing the condition of the phone along with hints on how you can answer more accurately the next time. I will sell to them again as I find old electronics laying around the house.
