GBRepeat customer I am a repeat customer because 1 Guy Gadget makes selling your old devices so easy. Don’t let your old phones just sit in a drawer. Sell them to 1 Guy Gadget. Don’t be intimidated by the process. If you are not sure how to answer some of the questions, take your best guess. They will send you an email detailing the condition of the phone along with hints on how you can answer more accurately the next time. I will sell to them again as I find old electronics laying around the house.

GBHad a very positive experience Had a very positive experience. I had to call when there was a minor glitch on completing the information to return my phone , but their IT people corrected it within hours and I received a call back. Just follow directions and sent my phone with pre-paid postage. Received emails Re progress and then my check.

GBGreat company to do business with I looked this company up before doing business with them, and from what I read, they were legit. From the moment I requested a return label to turning in my Apple AirPods, to receiving my check for the full amount they quoted, everything went fast and smoothly. I would definitely do business with this company again. Thanks for a great experience.

GBSimply the Best! Having previously sold a couple of cell phones for myself and my husband, I must say that 1 Guy Gadget is the best. Great prices, prompt payment and upstanding customer service. I will definitely use them again as needed!
