I dropped off my Macbook at the post office (in their prepaid box) on a Monday afternoon, and 1GuyGadget Zelle'd the credit to my account by Friday morning. Customer service is great as well, as I inquired directly regarding a device that wasn't listed on their website. I've already shipped off another old iPhone, and will certainly be using their services in the future!
