They explained the condition problems to me, and sent helpful photos and videos. They listened to my responses and sent payment immediately, once we came to an agreement. Don’t be intimidated by the process. If you are not sure how to answer some of the questions, take your best guess. They will send you an email detailing the condition of the phone along with hints on how you can answer more accurately the next time. I will sell to them again as I find old electronics laying around the house.
