I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁. They shipped the nozzle assembly quickly, at a reasonable price and I was up an running in short order. Partsbuilt is my new “go to” supplier. Everything was resolved perfectly. Thank you!

Excellent Service Excellent customer service. They have been great to work with and I will always check with them first if I need any 3D printed related parts or supplies. Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. They appreciate me a customer no matter the size of the order.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, hard-to-find parts! Hannah and Jonah run an excellent store. They carry some difficult to find parts for my Flashforge Guider 2 and they have very reasonable pricing. They were quick to respond when I needed to make a change to one of my orders.
