They carry some difficult to find parts for my Flashforge Guider 2 and they have very reasonable pricing. They were quick to respond when I needed to make a change to one of my orders. I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁.
