I have recently have gotten into 3D… I have recently have gotten into 3D printing and needed some parts for upgrades. Parts3D is a reliable small business that had reasonable pricing. I get my parts days before the calculated arrival date. On the receipt I get a nice message from one of the owners and a small bag of Jelly Bellies. I just really like those little personal touches which tells me that this business CARES for their customers rather than just see me as just a client. I will continue to buy from Parts3D because of their customer service and the available parts that I need to continue with my tinkering in 3D printing.

Excellent customer support Hannah was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a question. Their customer service is top-notch and not outsourced overseas, so you talk to someone who knows exactly what is going on. This kind of service is extremely rare nowadays, and it is a breath of fresh air.

Dimifix Put in order for Dimifix and was refunded next day. Called Jonah and he said I had put in an invalid phone number. So I went back and entered another "valid" phone number and the order went through. I have used Dimifix for printing ABS and it worked great. No more lifting off the bed. Thanks for the great service Jonah.

Awesome shop Awesome shop! Very responsive to emails and are super friendly and helpful! The hand written note in every order is a very nice touch. Feels like I'm shopping from a friend. Great source for buying OEM parts for your printer without having to wait for overseas shipping and paying overseas shipping prices. Can't recommend them enough!

I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁. They shipped the nozzle assembly quickly, at a reasonable price and I was up an running in short order. Partsbuilt is my new “go to” supplier. Everything was resolved perfectly. Thank you!
