I have recently have gotten into 3D… I have recently have gotten into 3D printing and needed some parts for upgrades. Parts3D is a reliable small business that had reasonable pricing. I get my parts days before the calculated arrival date. On the receipt I get a nice message from one of the owners and a small bag of Jelly Bellies. I just really like those little personal touches which tells me that this business CARES for their customers rather than just see me as just a client. I will continue to buy from Parts3D because of their customer service and the available parts that I need to continue with my tinkering in 3D printing.

Excellent customer service I ordered an extruder for my MK 4 and I had it within two days I was most excellently pleased with the customer service that I received, and will continue ordering parts from Partsbuilt 3d.

Their customer service is top-notch and not outsourced overseas, so you talk to someone who knows exactly what is going on. This kind of service is extremely rare nowadays, and it is a breath of fresh air.

I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁. They shipped the nozzle assembly quickly, at a reasonable price and I was up an running in short order. Partsbuilt is my new “go to” supplier. Everything was resolved perfectly. Thank you!
